Nicaragua.  One is named Cuscuas and the other is Masigue.  Family gardens projects in this region not only help families eat better with a more diverse diet, but this is also an education project for these families about what better nutrition is and how it helps make for a better life.  Many of these families have only cultivated one or two crops all their lives, such as corn and beans.
