On Sunday, April 6th, PGL will hold its monthly potluck meeting, but the plan is for this to be a painting class with local artist Yadira .  The focus will be on artwork  in the style of painting of Michoacán (Morelia), reflecting PGL’s outreach to this part of Mexico and Gettysburg’s sister city relationship with the community.

For the PGL pot luck on Sunday, May 4th, please come to hear Grace Bushway speak about her volunteer experience in Nicaragua.  Grace is a former Gettysburg College student and VISTA volunteer who spent the months between last November and February of this year working in Nicaragua with PGL projects in sustainable agriculture and rural arts outreach.
